IM Consulting DOO is a consulting firm headquartered in Belgrade, founded with the vision of providing comprehensive expert services in the fields of bankruptcy, restructuring, financial-economic expert analysis, valuation, corporate advisory, and alternative dispute resolution.
The founder, Ivana Matić, is a licensed bankruptcy administrator, certified court expert in financial-economic matters, and certified mediator with over 15 years of professional experience. Her expertise encompasses the most complex corporate restructuring projects in Serbia and the region, and her work has been recognized internationally through the prestigious TMA Global Individual Excellence Award.
Our multidisciplinary approach combines deep understanding of the legal framework, financial analytics, and strategic thinking to provide clients with solutions that are practical, feasible, and aligned with their business objectives.
